Ingredients : 2 people serving

  • French bread 6 pieces (approx. 130 g)


  • Koji Amazake 2 bottles (approx. 250 ml)
  • Eggs 1 large egg
  • Butter 25 g
  • Honey 1 generous tbsp


  • 1Cut French bread into 2 cm slices.
  • 2Stir together Koji Amazake and eggs together in a mixing bowl. Add slices of French bread and let soak for about 10 minutes.
  • 3Warm butter in a frying pan. Cook the soaked bread on low to medium heat until golden-brown on each side.
  • 4Serve it and top with honey as desired.
