Ingredients
Ingredients : 2 people serving
- French bread 6 pieces (approx. 130 g)
Seasonings
- Koji Amazake 2 bottles (approx. 250 ml)
- Eggs 1 large egg
- Butter 25 g
- Honey 1 generous tbsp
Instructions
- 1Cut French bread into 2 cm slices.
- 2Stir together Koji Amazake and eggs together in a mixing bowl. Add slices of French bread and let soak for about 10 minutes.
- 3Warm butter in a frying pan. Cook the soaked bread on low to medium heat until golden-brown on each side.
- 4Serve it and top with honey as desired.
