Ingredients
Ingredients : 2 people serving
- Koji Amazake 125 ml
- Milk 100 ml
- Rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp
- Strawberries 40 g
Instructions
- 1 Cut the strawberries into 5-6 mm pieces.
- 2In a small saucepan, use a whisk to mix Koji Amazake, milk, and rice flour until flour is dissolved.
- 3As the mixture warms up, reduce heat and continue to stir. Once it begins to bubble, add chopped strawberries. Cook for about 1 minute before removing from heat.
- 4Pour mixture into cups and chill in the refrigerator.
Tips
・For children eating strawberries for the first time, start with a spoonful and check if there are any allergic reactions. This amount is enough to make 2 servings for a baby plus 1 serving for an adult.
・For children who are in the final stage of weaning (from around 12 months), increase the amount of strawberries to about 50g and chop them into 8-9mm cubes.
・Cooking time does not include chilling time.
