This Amazake has a refreshing aftertaste, thanks to the addition of acidity produced by plant-derived lactic-acid bacilli. Made using plant-based lactic-acid bacilli derived from pickles.
It is a natural energy drink with no additives. Made using pure spring water from the legendary Takachiho Village.
