Contains a blend of Asanoka Sencha (a Miyazaki-grown premium green tea that has won Fine Product awards in a national competition) and organic-certified mulberry leaves grown in Shimane Prefecture.
This amazake has the perfect balance and harmony between the bitter taste of tea leaves and the natural sweetness of the rice Koji.
