This delicious amazake is made using only Hattori Brewery’s signature rice Koji, black rice, and rice that’s grown in southern Hokkaido, Japan.
This gentle sweetness of this Amazake comes from the natural sweetness created by the saccharification of rice starch.No sweeteners or additives are used. It is also non-alcoholic and has no added sugar.
